You'll find many more of these as you go on, @psychedelicthingy628. Best wishes to your discovery journey.
I wish I'd though of this ages ago; I think I've mostly discovered the songs I couldn't believe I was just discovering, but who knows...?

Apples and Oranges! 🍏🍊 The chorus is stuck in my head now. Yet another EDIT: I promise not delve into any more Barrett-era Floyd before getting past Wish You Were Here and other stuff.

The Dark Side Of The Spoon it's quite all Wright -- you are perfectly free to discover the Floyd's work however you want. Go down in your own way, and every day is the right day. That having been said, I do look forward to the day that you'll get the reference I just made... among many others, and remember, do NOT expect their post-Barrett work to sound much like what you're hearing now. It gets quite different after A Saucerful Of Secrets. Lots of fans only like Barrett stuff, and others only like post-Barrett stuff... it's pretty divisive. I love it all. Now try having more than just the chorus of 'Apples And Oranges' stuck in your head -- I did, once. Got a flip-top pack of cigarettes in her pocket / Feeling good at the top, shopping in sharp shoes / Walking in the sunshine town feeling very cooooool... all. Day. Long! Funnily enough, I was shopping (although not in particularly sharp shoes) that day.

Back on topic (in a fancy font because we can)...Since the release of those lovely Something/ation Early Years box-set things, I've been exploring live versions and outtakes on YouTube like mad. It seems I have an inexhaustible appetite for such rubbish where Pink Floyd is concerned. One of the songs I have recently discovered is 'Embryo', which I rather like -- the music is good, anyway, if the lyrics are a little... meh (I mean, 'Womb gloom' -- seriously, Waters? It was bad enough in 'Take Up Thy Stethoscope And Walk' ). Also of note are about half a dozen different live versions of 'Green Is The Colour', 'Careful With That Axe, Eugene', 'Atom Heart Mother'*, 'If', 'Fat Old Sun'... I won't bore you any longer with all the cool live versions of my favourite songs, but suffice it to say it's been quite awesome, and I do love that era of Floyd (David's guitar tone from this period is one of my most favourites). Explor/ation
*It seems I actually love this song -- at least, I suppose I must, considering the enthusiasm I have for listening to the many alternate and live versions of it. Even I was surprised at this revelation. Then again, most of the alternate versions are much better than the recorded one, so that may be it...

I promise not delve into any more Barrett-era Floyd before getting past Wish You Were Here and other stuff. Don't worry, I've done it now! No regrets though!

It was on the BBC documentary I saw the other night on iPlayer. If you can access iPlayer, I recommend watching it (very cool photo collage at the end)!

I first listened to Scream Thy Last Scream a couple days ago, and WOW! Those drums! Nick is singing?!! Super cool! OHMYGOSH YES! I heard it already, but I didn't know it was Nick until just the other day. It took me fully five minutes to process that and realise that it wasn't Syd singing (apart from 'She'll be scrubbing bubbles on all fours').
