Pink Floyd has a lot of long songs, but can you name their top ten longest? Apparently, I couldn't. I Googled it and found this quiz: m.sporcle.com/games/dudemanbearpig/longest-pink-floyd-songsI got 75%, which isn't bad, but I still found it rather humbling (I missed 'Saucerful' and the Ummagumma tracks  ). "Shoot me." "How did they get all that stuff into that place?" "Aaahhh, it's almost done!" "Oh, damn me, there's a part two, feck." *clicks on part two* Yeah, okay I was really bored. |

I've been learning the 'Comfortably Numb' solo.  It's really difficult -- it's a really long and meandersome solo and there are so many bits to remember -- but SO WORTH IT.  |

Not sure where else to put this, but it's absolutely gold. I love to see those two chaps together... I think Rog and Nick were probably closer to each other than any of the others -- must be a rhythm section thing. {Spoiler} I'd ship them, but their noses are too pointy. just kidding  |

I took it again today and got 100%. If you put all the parts of 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond' together it's the #1 longest at 26:00 minutes, so 'Us And Them' is the fifteenth longest at 7:51 minutes. ...I'm thinking of creating a slightly psychedelic poster with the song titles and time-stamps in cool lettering. |

I have no idea where else to put this, but #PinkFloydFriday is a thing on the Pink Floyd YouTube channel now and I'm happy about it. Every Friday they upload a new live clip from the Early Years archives.
