I was watching an Australian border security show yesterday and a bunch of people had bags (I'm assuming they were airport ones) that said SYD on them.
I also often have continuous Floyd Moments when I look at the walls inside my school, because in the hallways they're made of large white bricks (sound familiar?).
We should paint a The Wall mural there! At least we know it wouldn't be too much work, as half of it is already done!

In Science class we were doing some textbook work, and as I was flipping through it to get to the page I needed, I saw a section about colour, as well as a prism with light going through it on a black background, very similar to a certain album cover that I know...

On that topic, I remember when we were learning about something to do with light waves, I drew the Dark Side of the Moon cover in my book.

This one is also more of a Silly Girl moment, but yesterday in bicycle maintenance whilst we were watching a film about bike-y things, there was a man in the film with the last name "Pinkerton". ^u^

And did he abruptly burst into song, declaring, 'I've got a bike, ye can ride it if ye like, it's got a basket, a bell that rings, and things ta make it look good'? Ah, but (to the best of my knowledge) you haven't heard The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn yet, so you won't know what I'm talking about... mwahaha

Ah, but (to the best of my knowledge) you haven't heard The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn yet, so you won't know what I'm talking about... mwahaha You are correct in the sense that I haven't heard the entirety of Piper yet, but I have in fact listened to Bike before! T'is a great tune!

A few weeks ago, I was in a Geography lesson and starting to doze off when the video that a class next door were watching suddenly burst into the clocky bit of 'Time'.
This is no joke, it actually was the clocks from the song and it faded out before it got to the synthy bit... which just left half asleep me trying to work out how I had started listening to PF in school without anyone noticing.
It was a very surreal moment and I still have no idea why they were watching a video with that in, but whatever...

Me and a friend were looking at some random colour-related projects on the wall at school today, and I noticed a Floydy piece! 0o0
I will have to ask the art teacher who made the piece ASAP!!!!

And then chat them up, and find out to what extent their fandom is, and (if they're crazy diamond material) convince them to join the PFS! (maybe)

I shall *try* to do so, as I am incredibly awkward in social situations and it really depends on the person! *salutes Floydily (whatever that may look like)* Although, the creator of the piece might after all be the art teacher, as he seems to like the Floyd. In fact, I was going to create a Jimmy Page-related watercolour painting and as an example he showed me a Floydy one he did himself.

I was at a fair-thingy that happens every year in my city, and I noticed that one of the rides was playing Breathe. Then it segued into On the Run. And then Time. And then The Great Gig in the Sky!!!
Fer Floyd's sake, I think they might have played pretty much the entire album!

Not sure if this counts, but... Went into the kitchen for something yesterday, Mum Pinkerton had Pandora going. Started to head back to my room and 'Stay' came on. ...So I did, for the rest of the song.

I went to a farmer's market and saw a booth selling pepper mills and other related kitchen-y stuff. The company that made them was called Fletcher's Mills. And, to boot, we even drove by a war memorial on the way home.

My Mother turned on her Pandora station. First track that comes on is 'Time', announcing itself in a cacophony of ringing alarms and clocks. Mother asks, 'Why is my phone ringing when I turn on Pandora?' BECAUSE PINK FLOYD, MAN Sister and I laugh our over-the-rainbow-toys-in-the-attic heads off. TRUE STORY Similar thing. Track ends; I don't hear anything for a while. 'Oh, it must be Pink Floyd,' I think. 'Goodbye Blue Sky' then comes on.

Saw a guy wearing a t-shirt that said 'Pink Floyd' on it (in pink letters) and had a picture of Floyd the barber from The Andy Griffith Show on it, also pink.

Saw a guy with a Dark side of the moon t-shirt and when I talked to him I found out that his nickname was Floyd.

I heard a song playing during one of my school bells, and the part where it started sounded somewhat early-Floyd-ish, as it seemed like a bunch of keyboards/bells/strings/etc. shoved together in an improvised manner.

- For two mornings in a row last week (we have the radio on in the mornings), I woke up to Gilmour guitar solo-ing. First Time; then Another Brick In The Wall Pt. 2. - I went out for dinner a few nights ago, and they played miscellaneous classic rock tunes at the restaurant. All of a sudden, Mother (of all songs) comes on. A pretty interesting and unique choice, I must say. - Whilst working on a math problem as a class earlier this week, we had to find the variables of an equation. They just happened to be money and time.
